Maple Cask Finished Rye brings together smooth maple warmth and the bold character of our high‑rye whiskey. Rested in maple‑seasoned casks, it develops layers of caramel, toasted oak, and camp‑spice that feel like a fireside pour—sweet, smoky, and comforting. Each bottle carries a hand‑cut neck hanger made from Barrel No. 1, tying this release back to the very first chapter of our craft. Rich amber in color and warm on the palate, it’s a rye that balances sweetness and spice with depth, history, and a touch of the unexpected.

Color: A rich amber with deep golden highlights, reflecting its time resting in maple‑seasoned casks and the natural character of the rye.
Nose: Warm maple sweetness rises first, layered with toasted oak, vanilla, and a hint of baking spice. Soft caramel and subtle rye grain sit underneath, giving it a cozy, inviting aroma.
Palate: Smooth maple warmth opens the sip, followed by notes of caramel, toasted wood, and gentle rye spice. The maple finish adds roundness without overwhelming the grain, creating a balanced, slightly sweet mid‑palate with depth and structure.
Finish: A long, warming finish with lingering maple, soft oak tannin, and a touch of spice. The sweetness fades slowly, leaving a clean, comforting warmth.
